My Two Times A Day Exercise Tracker

So I had this thingy on the door in my room saying my exercise stuff but I started to lag in my exercise.

There's Holidays, for one. That made things difficult.
Then people visiting.

I just wasn't keeping up.

So what's the best way to keep it up?

To hold myself PUBLICLY accountable. That's right. This will be my twice daily exercise tracker. I'll get to list commentary and numbers and shizz.

Alright, so today's "morning" workout (even though it's afternoon time) is starting at 2:40pm
I always do a warm up so I'll start with some walking and jogging before I go into the main course of my exercise which will be RANDOM DANCING! :3

So today I went easy on myself and just did it until I broke a sweat and was tired. Because I took days off which was not a smart move. But later I'll be doing more.

Curlups: 30+
Pushups: 5

Workout ended at 3:00 so, not too bad. I'm so warm right now XD
